「The hotel is in the center of center of Accra. Old Accra. The neighborhood is a market. Crowded, horrible traffic. I spent 30 mins to circle around the hotel in a taxi! Traffic, everyday! The hotel is old and stinking. The room was big but not clean. And I was astonised about the size of bathroom, so small. Even for an asian, it was small. The most "interesting" part was the restaurant. Before I talked to the hotel manager, they gave only one breakfast for the two of us, though we were staying...

「Ganz runter gekomnenes Hotel in sehr veramter Gegend von Accra. Als Frau kann man nicht alleine auf die Strasse gehen. Kein Zugang zum Strand. Pool überfüllt mit einheimischen Kunden und das Personal unfreundlich. Habe dort nicht übernachten können und habe nicht eingecheckt. Nicht zu empfehlen.」

「The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit」

「This was my 4th stay at Urbano and my least enjoyable. I was extremely upset that the gym had no power and therefore only the treadmill half worked on 2 of my 8 days. The two other powered machines did not work. To top it off my wife’s cousin overhead two housekeepers saying disparaging things about my wife. I wasn’t told this until I got back to America. We often interacted with these staffers on our previous visits and always looked forward to seeing them and other staffers at the Urbano. As...
