"Exceptional staff at all levels. The front desk team made us feel very welcome. The room itself, although very pristine and classic, was noisier than anticipated. I would recommend requesting a side not overlooking the tracks as i was kept awake all evening by the train sounds. Other than that - the property is excellent."

"I’ve stayed in a lot of small hotel rooms in Japan but nothing as small as this one. In our Hollywood Twin room there was not any space in to open a suitcase besides the bed or the floor right in front of the door. No shelves go put your things on. No bedside tables. Barely any space to move around the bed. And you can’t even store the suitcase under the bed. On top of that, you can’t use the coffee machine in the morning unless you have a breakfast voucher, even though you can use it at night for free, for some reason. For the price, very bad value. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in central Tokyo while it is on a quiet street. A couple of minutes walks to subways. A lot of restaurants are nearby."

"The hotel was fine. The room was 20metres but still felt tight so don’t book anything smaller. Room servicing was nice. Breakfast was really average and couldn’t even get a cup of tea. Not sure why scrambled eggs need to contain gluten. The neighbourhood is full of cheap eats but nothing of any quality. Nice to be able to walk Aaron’s the imperial garden surround."
