You will find a spacious 4-room villa spanning 120 square meters, positioned to enjoy the south-west facing views. The living/dining room, measuring 45 square meters, is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning. From here, you can access the terrace. There are 3 rooms, each furnished with a french bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), with air conditioning for your comfort.

The villa features an open kitchen, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You will also find 3 showers/WC, and the added convenience of floor heating. Stepping outside, you can enjoy the 24 square meter terrace, which is partially roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a distant view of the sea.
