Beautiful villa located near Javea.
The villa is very pleasant in terms of construction and layout. Upon arrival, the villa was perfectly clean, both inside and out. The kitchen is equipped with the right necessities. The large downstairs bedroom is comfortable and spacious. Outside, the swimming pool is excellent, especially in terms of size.
Areas for improvement: Absolutely necessary is an air conditioner for the living room. Its absence made the indoor environment uncomfortable, especially due to the large windows and the lack of shutters and/or an awning to provide shade. Although the house is pleasant, this caused significant discomfort. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, which might be fine if you have small children, but not ideal for a group of adults. The bathroom in the master bedroom is outdated. Additionally, the outdoor table (plastic) and sun loungers are not quite up to date. An air conditioner in the living room is a must the rest would enhance the quality and align better with a villa in the higher rental segment.
