“The staff were cold, rude, and ignored my hellos or good mornings. The food was not very good anywhere except the steakhouse and carribbean restaurant. The app doesn’t work for booking reservations and because of that we couldn’t eat at a restaurant the first two nights. The atm was broken, they had no vegan burgers, all the allergens are mislabeled there which could be a nightmare. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. “We spent 2 nights at the Ocean Inn. The room was fairly small but had everything we needed incl a fridge. Huge, comfy bed, and very clean throughout. Good water pressure in the shower, beautiful grounds. Robert and his staff were super helpful and kind. We would def come back.”
