"This place was perfect for the 2 adults and 2 children we had for our trip. The kids loved their room with the colorful bedding, books, and cute little hangers for their clothes. The swing in the backyard was a nice surprise!Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Bobby was very accommodating with our specific request. We would definitely stay here again."

"Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. "

"This Condo has been nicely refreshed, with a completely updated and stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms and nice furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was very clean and featured a screened in patio or lanai; a small laundry room was available on each floor. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. All answered questions knowledgeably and helped with whatever they could. As with any property, minor things can occur in a unit from time to time (e.g., a handle broke on one of the toilets while we were there), but they responded within twenty minutes to make the fix. The property was cleaned daily, and the pool area, which I used every day, was also spotless. It's on a lovely beach, and featured plenty of amenities, such as a small fitness room, nice pool, tennis courts, and beach chairs and towels were provided, etc. Parking was plentiful and convenient to the lobby. It was a peaceful, small, family-friendly resort which was well run, and offered rest and relaxation in a nice atmosphere at a great price. Would definitely return! Tony"

"Mermaid Cottage was absolutely perfect! The home was immaculate and we truly appreciate all the little extra amenities such as a spices in the cabinet, a coffee bar, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, even extra beach towels. There was even a list of local places they recommended. The neighborhood itself offered great amenities, and was beautiful. I loved waking up, grabbing a coffee and taking a short walk to go sit by the water. Perfect location, short drive to downtown Jensen Beach, very close to the causeways and Hutchinson Island. We truly loved our stay!"

"AMAZING HOSTS. Super responsive, out ac wasn’t full working and Grant kindly drove over immediately and brought a window unit and cooled it down and even offered us a cool room next door in the meantime. Definitely would stay here again. All needs met, thanks again!"

"It felt like a home away from home. Was to hot to walk to the beach so did not experience that part...the pool was comfortable but not saltwater.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and may return when a bit cooler!Got to visit downtown Jensen Beach and visited Jensen's VFW... for being the fourth of July, was very quiet!."
