“Great facility, very good complimentary breakfast.”

“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

“Showed up and handed the person at the front desk my card. Had my reservation fully paid for on Expedia prior to arrival. There was a 75 dollar hold on my card that didnt go away until after I checked out. Didn't think this was unusual as I've been charged more for a deposit at other places. However, the charge went through shortly after I completed my online check out. I had to work very early and was and no one was working the front desk yet which is why I opted for online checkout. Will not……

“It was a nice stay and the kids loved the pool area. The 2 hot tubs were amazing. Hot Hot. The only disappointment was having to pay for breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel. They gave 10% coupon but its pricey for breakfast”

“Everything perfect other then bring your own shower stuff!! I asked her some and they said. 9 am when someone comes in! I stated.. why I was there and that would not work since I was leaving B4 7am .. they brought me shower stuff! I'll be back!”

“service is good, but only one person in service. Kind of slow. The door key a little old. Over all is worth to stay. Swimming pool is the bonus point ”

“So much broken and not working. No rolling cart for luggage. Very disappointed. 1 person working at the drink area for all. Had to walk away. And finally the food is not worth it. Too bad. It could vibe really great. ”

“The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”
