「We stayed for a week in a delux side sea view room. The room was excellent with plenty of space, a comfy bed, lovely fixtures and fittings in the bedroom and bathroom. There was a slight negative though, the window had some condensation between the glazing, which slightly obscured the view. That said, it wasn't a major issue, but the window does need replacing. The food selection and quality at breakfast was first class. The staff also deserve a big thumbs up as they were always helpful and...

「Excellent location, just around the corner from the Liberty Bus station, so taking tours and getting around was easy. All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended.」

「Excellent sea view from the balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The floor of the hotel room seems to be made of wood. When you walk in the room, you will feel the floor vibrating, and even the furniture in the room will vibrate as well.」

「Great hotel, good location, very friendly evening bar staff and head receptionist was also very nice. Service in breakfast room was variable, felt rushed, often asked to choose tea or coffee etc before even seated. Asked about cooked breakfast options before even starting cereal. Cooked breakfast options could have been served hotter. Ran out of coffee cups & pastries on two occasions. 」

「Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All food was great, breakfast set us up for the day! Good Location just outside St Helier centre and a fabulous tidal pool to swim in the sea just opposite the hotel. Outdoor pool at the hotel is heated to a good temperature.」

En effet 2 grand sujet ressorte quand on évoque « l’Atlantic Hôtel »: - la vue imprenable, l’hôtel est situé à l’ouest de l’île et vous enchantera avec un couché de soleil incroyable. - le personnel, d’une gentillesse et d’une qualité de service inégalable. 「Only think i wasn't keen on was when having breakfast all the sauces and marmalades were in open dishes, so when i was served my english breakfast on a hot plate if you want sauce, brown or red i had to carry a hot plate to the table at front and spoon the sauce on, same with marmalade for toast, either sauce on table or small saches would be better.」
