"we were put in a room in the old side of the hotel, so our only window was small and 20 feet up, towels are clearly not washed well as one of the “clean” ones had small hairs stuck in it, and there was no fan or window in the bathroom. our keys also stopped working randomly halfway through our stay but staff was helpful. overall fine if all you need is a room"

"They put us in a handicapped room that did not have a show head you could stand under. No refrigerator. Room was extremely basic, and rooms are NOT soundproof (heard everyone who walked by, and we were by the elevator)."

"Location in the Garden District was perfect. All the staff was attentive and helpful. The men who manned the valet desk were super. They were very helpful in helping us with restaurants and other helpful directions. RJ - gentleman in the morning was super!! Enjoyed my conversation with him. Room was a little dated, but was what we expected with a historical hotel. Not an issue. The piano bar was really coo! Breakfast selection at the Whistle Stop was limited, but ok. The ladies working the coffee bar were GREAT people. Overall a great stay and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again."
