「The room smelled strongly of mildew and humidity as soon as we walked in. The floors were dirty and very slippery, which felt unsafe. The beds also appeared unclean there were hairs on the sheets, making it seem like the bedding had not been properly changed or washed between guests. The bathroom was also dirty and not well maintained. Overall, it was very noticeable that the room was not properly cleaned after the previous customer checked out.」

「酒店在35号公路旁，离小镇中心较近，附近有很多餐厅，饮食方便。另外“HEB”购物中心很近，物品丰富。」

「When I checked in the manager said she would help me resolve the double booking and never did. The area where I met my clients was dirty. For the price you expect it to be clean. Then I went to my room and it smelled like urine. Called the front desk and instead of switching me to a clean rom they send housekeeping to clean. All cleaning could do at treat time was spraying some fragrance which just made it smell like flower full urine. The second time I called the front desk no one answered....

「The young lady that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and though they mentioned that due to the length of my stay, 2 nights, that housekeeoping would not be cleaning my room, they did anyway. The gym was nice and quiet, nobody else was there. The pool leaves something to be desired. Really small and only sparated from the parking by steel picket fence. Otherwise, I will stay here again, at least until the construction finishes on my project.」

「Air conditioning Ok, only one little soap for 3 people, towells old, and the worse of it broken TV control , could watch one Chanel. Call receptionist for that and no one brought one until next day addressing the inconveniences the problem was solved. We stay two days. Ah! Notice they are keeping $50 security deposit 😩」
