「The room was not as clean when we got there and it smelled like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. The next few days the room did not get clean. They just put clean towels. They didn’t change the sheets nor make the beds up and didn’t vacuum or clean the countertops. They didn’t clean the restroom at all. 「This first off, is an older establishment. But for a night to get away from home, but still close by.. Lol same town. It served it's purpose. A nice Clean King bed, an AC that works and clean water to shower. The flat screen tv worked, but there was haze that would come and go. Fridge looked liked it could use a defrost session, but worked regardless. Parking lot was well lit and there was security cameras throughout the property. 「We only stayed two of three nights. I told them we wouldn’t be staying the third night and asked them to cancel. They said Expedia had to do it since we booked it with them and they proceeded to tell Expedia two days later they wouldn’t refund the third night because it was too late. Do not trust these owners! We can’t even get a call back from them to discuss. We will be appealing the charges with our credit card. Lots of other reasonable options in Gonzales. Don’t touch this place with a ten...

「The facility under renovation and did not mentioned when I booked it. Did not had first floor room available for senior citizens. A/C did not turn on and the room was hotter then out side temperature ( Texas outside temperature was 92 F.) We had to seek cooler temperature in Walmart for 3 hours. Broken tower rack, broken draw handles, light didn't work. Should have told me about it before I booked the room. EXPEDIA should not used unverifiable facts for it FALSE and MISLEADING ADVERTISING.」
