"We were very disappointed with this hotel considering the price we paid. The soundproofing is extremely poor—we could hear toilets flushing from the floor above and people walking and talking in the corridor. The hotel also feels quite old and outdated, and overall it is definitely not worth the price we paid."

"This is our second time staying at Four Points by Sheraton. We enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any special request we had. Very conveniently located to Downtown Main Street, Flushing, NY. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room on this trip, since we spent so much time exploring new restaurants that opened since last year in Flushing. Shuttle pickup is a very nice and convenient amenity. Pick up was quick and the driver who picked us up from the airport and the one that drove us back to the airport, were very friendly and professional. We will be staying here again on our next visit to NY. "
