Lubbock Jump N Jungle Hotels

"The room I had was disgusting, pubic heart in the bathroom. The floors in the bathroom were filthy. The stove top looked like it had been cooked on boiled over and never cleaned. ALL the furniture hadn’t been dusted in I don’t know how long. There was dirt and like trash as if the room hadn’t been vacuumed or even deep cleaned. When I went to front desk I wasn’t accommodated to move rooms. I asked for cleaning supplies and towels and bedding, and I was given 2 towels in which the front desk dropped when he entered our room. A vacuum that didiny even work, and 3 bed covers. No sheets. No cleaning supplies. Had I been able to get into a mother hotel that night I would not have stayed there at all. Then when I spoke with the manager she wouldn’t even give me 1/2 of my money back! I’ll never stay there again. And I don’t recommend anyone else to either."

"Great stay! It was just a quick overnight stop for us after a basketball game but the house was great. We loved the neighborhood and the house was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"The house was clean and had everything we needed! I love that one of the bedrooms has two beds and has space to add an air mattress. This way my kids sleep in the same room with us. This was our second stay and we will stay here anytime we make an overnight trip to Lubbock. "

The house was comfortable, super cute, and perfect for our family while we were in town for a volleyball tournament. The hot tub was amazing after a long day, and the space truly had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"
