「Staff was always available and helpful. Too bulky pillows. Hotels should have three different thicknesses of pillows. My neck kinks with large bulky pillows. Noisy. It's right next to the highway.」

「Great location if you have a car. So much better than staying in a hotel. We felt like we got the real Alaskan experience!!! Saw bears, eagles, salmon spawning absolutely amazing!!!!Great place. Everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. Stayed with husband and 3 teenage children. It’s in a trailer park. Nice friendly neighbors. We will be back! Absolutely LOVED Juneau!」

「I think the biggest downfall of this listing is the details. I wish I would have known it was a shared space, I feel like the listing currently doesn’t do a good job at explaining that well. After arriving and being extremely confused I looked at the detailed email I got 3 days before check in and saw those details when I was checking in via the owner’s website. 「When we go to Juneau, we ALWAYS stay here. The rental is clean, quiet, and and pet friendly. The rental is well stocked with dishes, and a comfy couch to rest upon. The bed is great, and if you happen to get cold at night, there are lots of warm toasty blankets to be had. Like I said at the start, we always stay here. If we ever had a problem, upon contacting Kelli and her staff, the situation has been resolved asap. Come on down :) it's worth it.」
