「Good A/C, nice sized room. Appreciated the "larger" mini frudge and coffee maker in the room. Very helpful woth local resources and advice on best travel routes. Got to see a mother howler monkey nursing her baby in the tree just adjacent to the room. Room walls are concrete, so couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms. Much more serene atmosphere than the hectic pace and crowds in Nosara and Guiones beach areas. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Louie for wonderful hospitality.」

「In Building 3000, there were Raccoon's in the ceiling. It was very disturbing & a nuisance during my stay. This was due to noise from the rodents, along with garbage/debris left on my deck. I would not return to this property.」
