“Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not……

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and……

“We needed a place to stay for one night and the room was very clean staff was friendly and welcoming and its beach front. Parking is convenient and you are close to all the shops and restaurants. ”

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave……

“There was a roach in the dresser and the floor was gross to even walk on and it just didnt look or feel clean at all. For the price it should of been better than what it was. ”

“The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”

“What i didn't like i was supposed to have a king ocean view they didn't have so they upgraded it to a ocean view smaller beds floor was dirty and bathroom was dirty people was hanging the building and parking lot drug addicts sleep in the hallway people getting arrested just horrible need to be condemned ”
