“깨끗한 시설, 쉬운 체크인”

“Pire expérience avec expedia: ils ont vendu le service puis ont passé la main à vrbo. Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes! Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! Bref, aucun recours. J'ai donc perdu 600$ cad dans l'histoire et eux s'en……

“The apartment and entire complex are excellent! Traveling with 2 small children we were able to access transport easily and could walk to a number of key attractions such as Jalan Alor, Petaling St and Central Markets, we also walked to KLCC and the Towers using the pram. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished for us to stay there for 5 nights. “チェックインが大変だった。事前にエージェントとコンタクトする必要があり、その際にwhatappsの情報をもらっておくらしい。現地には受付がなく、知らずにいって途方にくれた。電話してもwhatappsは？と聞かれ、英語がそれなりに出来ないと苦労します。部屋は予約と違ってツインがダブルだった。 場所はアクセスしやすく、1人だと設備の広さは十分でセキュリティもあるが、三泊して、ハウスキーピングはなし。トイレットペーパーの予備やドライヤーもないので、家族で車移動の方向きなのかな。”

“This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.”
