「I would not recommend staying here. The rooms do not look as good as the pictures. The place is not that clean and the pool is very crowded at night. I regret staying here because there were so many better hotel options in the area.」

「They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever.」

The unit was well-maintained, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the check-in and stay process. Great location, comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Cameron Highlands....
