“We can truly attest that this is the perfect property if you are looking for a beautiful view, long quiet walks on the beach, and a comfortable and friendly environment! The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs). We had no issues requiring the onsite manager but he was always around to have a friendly chat with. The owner was also friendly and available at a moments notice which eased our minds for a worry free……

“My family (spouse, 2 teenagers) had an amazing time at Kīhei Sands. It’s a really great spot. The condo (B10) was super clean and comfortable. The access to the ocean was just steps away. It’s a pretty chill section of the bay so the water is great for little kids as well. There’s also a swimming pool and a community area with chairs, tables, and a couple grills. It had a really relaxed vibe, just what we needed. This condo also had a nice view of the ocean from the dining room and lanai. We saw……

“What a view!!! Can't get any closer to the ocean. Saw many whales from the balcony in the distance - bring binoculars! Clean, great shower with plenty of hot water, very comfy king bed, heated pool & hot tub, amazing central location to more easily reach Haleakala, Hana, the airport, etc. Thanks, Doug!!!”

“We so enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness of Kihei. Wish we could have stayed longer as the weather the last week of Feb was rainy and/or VERY windy until the day we checked out :-( We got to see a mama whale and baby swim the length of the beach on our last morning..... was thankful to a young boy on ground that called out to his sister! If we ever make it back to Maui, we will check for availability.We loved our stay at the condo; complex was clean, quiet, never got into pool as it was too……
