“Clean rooms and friendly staff!”

“The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and out was smooth. The pool/hot was clean. Not an over powering smell of chlorine. We will return.”

“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in……

“For a budget stay, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was incredibly responsive. Wifi was fast, which was a bonus!”

“The rooms are very spacious and offer a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and sink. The ski area is fantastic! The only negative is the outdated pool. The inside part, since it continues to the outside, is very worn down and claustrophobic!”

“We couldn't have chosen better for our family! We had a Celebration of Life to attend with family meeting from all over the country. Your rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a suite to have a room for family to gather. This wasn't necessary with an eating area and den area in the lobby. The staff was kind, helpful, and professional. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. The fresh cookies and cherry coffee were a bonus. Thank you for taking such good care of us.”

“Property overall was good...great bay views, decent breakfast...nice pool/hot tub area...close to everything from shopping to dining...only miss was the bed/bedding. It's time for an upgrade on that ... pillows were awful bes was extra form and bedding was in need of a refresh ”
