I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep.

We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!

The location is wonderful, at the side of a beautiful river and in a walking distance to the famous historic streets where you can hang out in the beautiful tranditional houses and shops. The property is new, modern and comfortable though it looks old and traditional from outside. The staff is thoughtful, keep sending you detailed information on check in, transportation, stay etc. Overall, a pleasant stay in Kazueya, thank you.

位在主計町非常典雅的民宿

主計町周邊，古街中隱身多家高檔餐館，位在當中兼具古樸與典雅的民宿，住起來令人心曠神怡。孩子在後院玩雪玩，幾乎是他們這一趟中部之旅最難忘的時光！屋內氣氛營造的很好，設備也很齊全。唯一的一點，如果有洗衣機的話，就是100分的完美了！

Our favourite place in Japan

Absolutely loved this place. Charming traditional house but fully renovated with modern touches inside. Beautiful rock garden at back, right beside where the geisha train and easy 3 min walk to catch JR bus loop to other areas in the city. Super quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for something right in the middle of downtown and nightlife this is not for you.
