“Wir waren als Familie das erste mal in Österreich und haben mit dem Elements Resort die beste Wahl getroffen. Aber absolut mega gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer ( eher kleine Wohnung) einfach top von der Einrichtung. Der Stil ein Traum. In der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, von Geschirrspüler über Kaffeemaschine. Und das Highlight eine Saune am Bad dran. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer alle absolut freundlich. Das Frühstück besser geht es nicht. Der Pool auch absolut Top. Wir würden das Hotel immer……

“Superb stay. Been to Zell many many times. Usually a hotel with pool, half board. In terms of value for money this knocks spots of anywhere else we've stayed. Fantastic, friendly, welcoming hosts. Exceptionally clean. Simple but lovely breakfast - great coffee and choice of eggs to supplement the continental breakfast fare. Location is extraordinary, couldn't be closer to the lifts, super quiet evening and overnight, right next to town for going for dinner in the evening. The kitchen was a……

“Originally, I preferred a hotel right by the lake but i gave up finding that there was a railway nearby. That is why i picked this hotel and i felt I chose wisely. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with its own parking space and a very short walk to downtown area. The room is of comfortable size and very clean; one can book a room with a lake view, too. The staff we came across are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay here and will definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Anna was a superb host! It was my first time traveling internationally, and she made it a very welcoming stay with her warm demeanor. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and a guest mobility card is provided (different from summer card). I booked a double room which is small (I expected as such) but still very clean. Close to all the main transportation areas and walkable to downtown and Lake Zell. The view from my window was picturesque. Highly recommend!”

“Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. ”
