APA Hotels Katsuyama hotels

"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

If someone cleaned the blow dryer, the rag would come away black. Electric/card key locks on doors were broken so you had to use an actual key. Old, dirty, and very small. Would much rather pay an extra 1-2 thousand yen to stay at the nearby Dormy Inn, Route Inn, or Tokyo Inn. "
