"Solid hotel for a budget, rooms are way too small though. Have to use key card to turn on electricity, air flow not the best. Stay a few nights but never an entire week"

"Love love love this hotel!! From the friendly helpful check in/out, the absolutely fabulous breakfast buffet and Japanese tatami room futons, with stunning views, to eco-friendly products, it was a true wonderful experience as our first night in Japan. Definitely would stay here again next time but longer. Staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome and we were grateful for their helpful transportation advice!"

"Excellent hotel location, close to shinjuku JR and bus stations. Hotel provided ample umbrellas to use during bad weather which was much appreciated. Bathroom sinks might need some maintenance. Drainage appears blocked so water drains very slowly, pools often when tap is too strong."
