The extra cost is nothing for the return on investment. Butler Erwin was fantastic, food, drinks, people, beach, pools, room, all was perfect. Not one complaint.”

“La propiedad está en excelente condicioes y el personal ess muy amable. La ubicación es inmejorable si buscas un hotel de playa en Aruba. Cenamos 2 veces en el restaurante del hotel y los alimentos estuvieron deliciosos, los cocteles del bar también son muy buenos. Tiene un sistema en el cual reservas tu palapa, y aunque las de mejor ubicación tienen costo extra, me pareció que estó fue apropiado por que hizo que el uso de las palapas fuera ordenado, y eliminó el hecho de que mucha gente aparta……

“The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly……

“AMAZING, INCREDIBLE truly wonderful place. Everything and everyone was great. Special thank you to Yolunda supervisor of housekeeping who dealt with one issue we had with such grace. Thank you to Jadee and Raoul who made our days at the pool/beach wonderful. But most of all thank you to Enrique, Kiara and Rafael, casino staff who helped me when I had a bad episode of very low blood pressure and almost passed out. They jumped right into action and kept me comfortable and took loving care of me……

“Very nice place, the dogs make it better. Super clean, we also had a pool which was amazing. Rent a car if you want to stay here since it’s far from activities by walk, but it’s perfectly placed with half way between the Noord and Sam Nicolas.”
