The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this...

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this just right apartment sized place. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown and nearby restaurants aplenty. There is even a nice trail down to Lake Washington nearby."

"The bed is comfortable. The shower is modern and clean and the air is fresh. The trees are tall surrounding the cozy room. The kitchen and laundry are very nice though we didn’t use them. The host is very friendly and quick to with a response. And it’s only a few blocks away from Seattle Pacific University! Way better than a hotel!"

"New, lovely, comfortable, clean space that didn't disappoint. Situated in a quiet orchard, we watched the wildlife go by and opened the windows at night to listen to the owls. So many thoughtful extras were stocked for us (loved the chocolate from the local sweet shop!). Very close to town and everything it offers. Great communication from hosts. If you get the opportunity, stay here!"

"My family of 6 stayed here 2 nights and we have to say Wow! We were not sure when we pulled up and saw the outside. It's ok, but the nice surprise was the totally remodeled inside! They did such an amazing job on the remodel. All the appliances and furniture were very nice. Bathrooms were amazing-jetted shower with rain head in master along with heated mirrors. "It's clean, calm and quiet, excellent bathroom. However, you need to walk a bit to reach restaurants and groceries. Going downtown is less than 3 km, easily done on foot, but to come back, you face a steep hill, so you either fit or you take a bus/cab."

The beds were comfortable and big fans in the rooms, since they don’t have A/C. All in all, very comfortable and I hated leaving, couldn’t rebook because they are always booked up. "I wonder if our original property address got changed along the way. I didn't realize there were 2 different addresses mentioned in communications so we went to wrong address first then looked at later communication that had different address . Finally figured it out when picture and codes for locks did not match at first address. Took a while to reach manager to get into property at later address as room lock code had also been miscommunicated. So "bed" room is exactly that- just a bed. Kitchen...

"The Larkspur Landing is a great value, conviently located by the airport. The rooms are spacious suites, with a kitchen, and the continental breakfast is more than sufficient. The van will take you within a 5 mile radius, including to the light rail, making it easy to go downtown. Overall, it was the exceptionally friendly staff that made the stay excellent!"
