"I loved our room in the atrium building!!! The rooms were very clean and updated nicely! We had no issues with the room or that building or service or anything. It was amazing being so close to the beach!!! Only thing I didn’t care for was lack of breakfast options at the hotel. There was a few things you could buy, but all overpriced and didn’t look appealing. The pools were nice though!!! And we enjoyed our stay very very much!! "

"Clean, comfortable room. Very reasonably priced. Would have liked an ATM machine in the building. Apparently, when remodeled, the machine was taken out. That was the only thing not a positive."

"Great hotel right in downtown Portland! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Valet service was speedy and friendly when we were ready to leave. Great breakfast! Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Portland area again "

"Our experience at the hotel was delightful. The room matched its description and was very clean. Having traveled extensively, we found the check-in and check-out process to be the smoothest and quickest we've encountered. The staff exceeded our expectations in ensuring our stay was flawless. Its proximity to the Cross Insurance Arena, just a 2-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. Although parking is valet only at $45/night (as of early 2024), the process was seamless both upon arrival and departure. Rarely do I leave reviews, but this establishment truly impressed me, and I look forward to returning."

"We were met by the valet upon arrival, who took good care of our car. Check in staff were happy and helpful. The bed was especially comfortable and the rain shower head was a big hit. Our new favorite downtown Portland hotel. We had tickets at the State Theater which is practically across the street - super convenient. "
