「Communication was improved with my second booking, thanks to Mary Stellah who ensured my stay was smooth. Facilities were convenient, and clean, with great security. Andrew Matara and Evans Khamisi were very helpful during the check in and check out process.」

「We did not have the room. They had over-booke their accommodation and we ended up looking for a place to stay for the night and getting a refund from expedia. This was purely due to the season greed and they would take money from locals paying more and through out those booked officially as we would get a refund. very inconviniencing and would never book them again. Very poor customer relations 」
