「Our hearts sank when we first arrived off the dusty streets, but what a surprise lay in store for us!! Kivu really is a tranquil oasis, leaving the madness of Nakuru behind. It has a beautiful garden with an incredible 20 meter swimming pool. The staff were so friendly, i really recommend this place if you are looking for a fantastic budget hotel. We are a family of 4, the children slept in a separate room to us (14&16), it felt very safe 」

Had an issue with the name change of the hotel and ending up at the wrong branch (hotel owner has two establishments) but was recitified and tranferred to the correct one. Keep your payment references as I was asked by three seperate members of staff about payment that had been made online previously.」

「Nada más llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no tenía reserva hecha ya que no trabajan con Hotels.com Después de un largo viaje lo último que quieres oir es que no puedes alojarte pero tras una hora me dejaron entrar en la habitación diciéndome que la culpa es de la web Hotels.com (con la que no vuelvo a hacer una reserva nunca más). La habitación es un poco básica pero suficiente para pasar una noche y al día siguiente hacer un rafting por el río Tana. El rafting fue muy divertido y muy seguro...
