Epic experience

Reviewer Comments: You never know what you are going to get when booking sight unseen.I was cautiously optimistic and hopeful for a place that my wife and 4 grown kids (all with spouses) would love. This place did not disappoint!!Everyone raved about the condo. It was beautiful, well equipped, wonderfully located (true ski in / ski out, with a little push) and offered plenty of room for all. God blessed us with our first grand baby last Summer. We had plenty of room to pass her around and love on her.The last night, we used the outdoor grill and cooked steaks for everyone. It was ideal having a banquet style kitchen table where all 10 of us (and baby) had a place to sit, eat and laugh. Do know that one of the bedrooms only offered 2 twin bunk beds, but nobody minded. All in All, you could confidently book this place and be glad you did. Thank You property owners.....

Great for multiple families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and fit multiple families in this unit. Having the pool/hot tub access in late June was a huge plus! There are multiple beds for people to crash in, multiple bathrooms for pre wedding prep, and the location was close to walk into town! There aren’t many 5 bedroom rentals, so having this was great! A few things in the property weren’t working but the company was very responsive and I appreciated their communication. Would stay again!

Fantastic Rental and Location

We came in February with a large family, ages ranging from three months to 68 years old. It is a ski in and ski out, which is perfect for the kids and the adults were able to easily bop in and out. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms. The condo is very spacious and clean. The hot tub and other amenities were enjoyed by all. The staff was great to work with. We had a great stay!

Spectacular accommodations

Our group of 11 middle aged adults have enjoyed all of the amenities of the unit. We cook nightly and have everything needed in the kitchen. We also use the grill and hot tub/ pool area. There is ample space in the unit to get “away “.

It was in a perfect location and provided plenty of space for eleven family members. My only complaint would be the parking arrangements. They only provide one parking space per rental. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying at this property. We loved the hot tub!

The place was big enough that we did not feel on top of each other. Plenty of "supplies" for cooking, sleeping, towels etc. We did have an actual roof leak right on top of one bed and a large water bubble in the ceiling in another room. I left a rather large "honey do" list that should be done before the next renter.

There was more than enough space for the 8 of us with plenty to spare. I would have given a 5 star review if the parking situation was better. This is a unit that could easily sleep a dozen or more people but there is only one parking space available which was problematic.

Great condo for big families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in the Keystone condo. The 2 level condo has plenty of room to spread out and is in good shape. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the main level. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. We especially liked the filtered water from the refrigerator. The only issues were the elevator didn't work one day and the hot tub wasn't hot enough but both things got fixed in a timely fashion. There should be a sign in the lobby directing renters to all of the units. Ours was not noted until we were on the elevator so we weren't sure we were in the right building after bringing all of our things in. Other than those small issues, everything was great!

Ok place, could be real nice!

Dishwasher was broke, cable in living room not working. I contacted property management and didn’t get any help till 48 hrs later, only after repeatedly calling. Dust bunnies all over the walls , some food caped on a few dishes in cabinets, just seemed to be not very well taken care of. Overall, a good location and a nice place to stay, just a bunch of small things that added up to be disappointing.

Beautiful but needs a little TLC

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect in terms of size and location. I would ask that management clean the inside of the windows. As you can see, there is a wall of windows overlooking a gorgeous setting. When the sun hits the windows you can see a very poor attempt to clean them, only half of a pane was cleaned by a very short person! A ladder once or twice a season would work! Many of the plates are chipped and inexpensive silverware is not up to the caliber of the unit. I'd also suggest checking the vaporizers (a necessity at this altitude) because a couple of them did not work. A maintenance man was very helpful when we complained that a window would not close and a thermostat's battery was dead.

The Timbers, Keystone Resort - Amazing !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 3082 at The Timbers. We had two families, 11 people, and plenty of beds and baths to accommodate all. The kitchen had everything we needed - cookware, dinnerware, seasonings, small appliances. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows plus humidifiers for every room. The master suites and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The outside deck was large with a pretty wooded view. This is a true ski in/ski out and very convenient to the slope. We will definitely return to this unit when we ski Keystone again. We had little contact with the property management team, but they were most helpful when we called to request extra keys. The only disadvantage to thius unit and The Timbers - you are only allowed one vehicle per unit. Our unit was 5 bedrooms with 11 people, so we required two vehicles and figuring out where to park the second vehicle was inconvenient.

Great Potential with Some Issues...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi,We were here in July, 2018 during a hot wave in Denver. Place was immaculate and it's a beautiful space. We did have some problems with the place. There was a kitchen sink leak, and we were unable to use the kitchen sink and dishwasher until Day 2. Maintenance helped us out but they didn't have the right tools to finish the job on Day 1 (we didn't check-in until around 4:30pm). The living room windows, which are operated electronically, don't open (owner should let everyone know about this). This is only a problem when it's really hot outside and you need to cool down the place in the evening. Some the bathrooms need extra time to get hot water and the BBQ pilot light went out when we checked-in. We weren't aware that we had a BBQ lighter until Day 2. On Sunday, without any advance notice, we were unable to use the garage from 10am-2pm, which is annoying since the parking lot is at least a few miles away...

Family Ski Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family ski gathering at Keystone in the Timbers penthouse was a very special experience. Aside from one member of our group breaking his arm, we all had a great time. The accommodations were completely appropriate for our large group with three glaring deficiencies. This 5 bedroom unit, which has beds for 14 people, has only 8 chairs at the dining room table. Having EVERYONE seated around the table for meals is a very important feature for our family. We found 2 metal folding chairs in bedroom closets, making a total of 10, still not enough! If this unit is advertised to sleep 15, it should also seat 15. Additionally, the kitchen, although very well stocked with cookware and dishes, has absolutely NO place to store non-refrigerated groceries. There was a closet of sorts across the hall, which would have served nicely as a pantry, however, it had NO shelves. Consequently, we had boxes of cereal, bags of chips, loaves of bread, etc. piled on the buffet, foyer table and everywhere we could find a spot. These deficiencies are easily rectified by purchasing a larger table with more chairs and outfitting the closet adjacent to the kitchen with pantry type shelving. We found the ski locker to be somewhat small for a dozen-plus sets of skis, boots and poles, and awkwardly located with regard to the pedestrian bridge. You would think that a large unit, which boasts of accommodating 15 people, would have several reserved spaces in the parking deck. ONE space! Really?! During our stay, we had a couple minor issues, which we attempted to notify the office in the building and the management company. In both cases, we were redirected to the other, each of whom said it wasn't their responsibility. So, oh well! Feel free to contact me for specifics.

One for the books !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 16 and this place was nothing short of astounding. From the convenience of the 7 minute walk to the Gondola, to the short 5 minute walk to the amenities such as hot tub, sauna, steam room, pool, and treadmill, to the place having a bathroom & shower in almost all of the rooms (Master bedrooms get a DOUBLE HEADED SHOWER WITH STEAM ACCESS WOW!!!), to having a grand double door entrance when you come home, and of course shout out to the SCMR team being very prompt & responsive to all of our additional needs. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this place for large families and/or group gatherings. It is better than a home away from home... Timbers 3082, thank you for a phenomenal experience.
