Weekend ski trip

The condo is quaint and a good fit for our families. The issue was that I found three different human hair types in my bed, and we had pillow issues ( one smelly pillow and a virtually non-existent/diminished pillow). We also only had one parking spot for two families. Otherwise, it was pretty clean. The staff brought us new pillows and firewood and were very hospitable. We love the wood burning fireplace.

Great Family Fun

Liked everything about this condo. 2 king rooms. Nicely decorated. Only had trouble w leasing company. Couldn’t find our reservation and had to wait 2 hours to get checked in. Filed it under wrong name . Keystone was very understanding about the check in process. Give them 6 stars! Red Awning gets 1 Star. Otherwise had a great trip. Condo close to pool.

We had a great stay although we were disappointed that the pools and hot tubs were closed. The check in attendee was not very welcoming, but other than that the property and facilities were wellkept and beautiful. The patio door is broken,.

Great condo, crummy reservation system

This condo served our purposes well. We were a family with 4 adults and 2 small children and enjoyed our stay. The condo was tastefully decorated for Christmas and the close proximity to the pool/hot tub area was definitely a plus. We had a rental car, but the shuttle appeared to be very conveniently located as well. One concern of note: There are 2 king size beds, a pull-out couch, and a trundle bed advertised. The trundle bed does not have room to extend, making the extra portion unusable. The condo was lovely, but be very cautious of using the "one stop shop" reservation system. Every single item we had reserved ahead of time for convenience was incorrect at time of pickup. This included the car (wrong size and useless ski rack b/c key was unavailable), time of check-in, lift tickets (5 of 7 were listed as expired), and ski school (reservation was booked at wrong resort) Bottom line: condo is great, do your own reservations for everything else.
