“I'm thoroughly impressed with this property's prime location! Despite the language barrier, I had no trouble directing local taxis. The nearby bus stations made traveling to other parts of the country a breeze. Plus, having the Bank of Egypt right across the road was super convenient for withdrawing cash or exchanging currency. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and perfect for families, we loved it so much that we ended up……

“I did have a problem the first day and by contacting Mrs Marwa at the management office she did all she can and mor to make sure I am satisfied and my House keeping staff and the supervisor Fifi is great and efficient . I like to thank all of them and I will be back . ”

“I never leave bad reviews, but I had to say, this was the most horrible stay I ever had and ever will have in Cairo! The rooms aren’t cleaned at all before your check in!!! The tiles and carpets had dust and dirt everywhere! Never vacuumed! The beddings were dirty and had hairs everywhere on top. The towels were stained and had cigarette butt burn holes. The pillows & mattress were bouncy and unstable, I kept feeling I’d fall off the bed! And on top of all this, the neighborhood had some sort……
