"Beautiful property featuring vintage Jaipur heritage styling. Shanti environment. I was on a work stay for 10 days and I had a lot of problems with their staff not understanding English and the wifi didn't work. The first 3 days I didn't have any hot water, they did fix it asap. The hotel staff was strange and I felt "watched" every minute that I was on the grounds which made me very uncomfortable while traveling by myself. "Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. "Very outdated “5 star” hotel. Everything appears clean, but it feels dirty due yo how everything has aged. Facilities are in dire need of a renovation. Our first room had some electrical issues, in which loud buzzing was heard when certain lights were on. It also had old wooden floors that creaked, as did the room over us causing so much noise that we required a room change to the top floor. The next room had the same electrical sounds and issues.
