“There was no hot tub which was advertised. The staff did not clean our room until the second day when we had to ask them to. I loved our front desk attendant Mussarh. He immediately got in touch with the housekeeping. The elevator was broken for a full day. They did not refill our coffee, our Waters and we had to request towels. Needless to say not a good experience at all.”

“The property seemed clean but our room seemed old and dingy. The doors had chunks of wood damaged. Old dark carpet and furniture. ”

“The entire hotel is under renovation. The rooms were disgusting. The parking lot was full of old mattresses and old furniture. There was furniture sitting out through out the hotel. Do NOT stay here! All other hotels were booked, so were were forced to sleep here. It was absolutely terrible! Beware! The pictures of the rooms on the website is a complete scam! ”
