Booked vrbo room thru expedia, belvilla was host, was denied room when I arrived even though I followed all directions and presented voucher, building manager claimed all reservations for that building had been cancelled the morning of check in to accomodate a group that wanted to extend their stay. Contacted vrbo, who were unable to contact host. Can't get refund until billing posts on my key one account. Had to find another room at 10 at night. Emailed host with no...
