“While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was horrendous. Prior to booking, I messaged the host about a 4:00 pm check-in due to an event my family needed to attend at 5:00. The host agreed, but on the day of check-in, the host said she wasn't sure she could accommodate and ghosted us until 4:55, when she finally sent the code for the door. We sat outside the empty apartment for over an hour waiting for check-in instructions, and wondering if we even had a place to……

“Very centrally located. The place was recently renovated and is really nice inside, they did a great job. It is as nice or nicer than the photos show. Very smooth working with the renter and getting in and out, communication, etc. Only thing I’d bring up is the neighborhood is a bit in transition. Safe but it’s a mix. ”
