King of Prussia Hotel with Pool

"Great stay. Room was nice. Loved the water and coffee area. Staff was great. Location is great as well! Close to a lot of things. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was we had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home. I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to get any money refunded but I asked the front desk at check out and he said if I contacted Expedia and let them know, he was sure we could get something back. But when I contacted Expedia, they said they called the hotel but the hotel said no they couldn’t do anything. Just a little frustrating."

"Perfectly fine. But i question the size of the beds. I did not think they were 2 queens beds. They seemed like double beds or full size beds to me. Otherwise, the place was good for a night. Not noisy or anything like that, but we also stayed midweek."

"The water pressure in the bathroom, specifically the sink & the toilet was inadequate. I stopped up the toilet, apologies to housekeeping. The bed was really soft - it was an effort to get out of it. The chairs and sofa in the lobby were low and well passed their prime and also difficult to get out of not in a good way."

"Hotel is close to everything we returned our rental and walked everywhere. The food at the hotel and area restaurants were delicious and plenty to pick from all tastes"

"Three day stay was perfect for local site seeing and eating. Easy bus route from the Amtrak station and easy bus routes to South Street, Washington Park or just walk to. "
