伦敦英皇道附近酒店

“Good location”

“great location, delicious breakfast and excellent breakfast service. The room is a bit cold. it is a little bit tiny but it is close to tube station and you could choose something bigger but far away from the station. present surprise if you like drinks. ”

“Convenient location, nicely appointed room.”

“The apartment is great with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and lovely living room plus kitchen. The team is highly responsive and our family really enjoy the stay.”

“This is a hotel which care about details. staff are very helpful and the hotel has prepared much than our thoughts”

“Very convenient location to access central london; safe and clean neighbourhood; within walking distance to thames”

“The hotel is between 2 underground stations, within 10 mins easy walk to both. Location is easy to get to the LHR airport and most of the landmarks by taking underground. Even the hotel rooms are small but in good and comfort condition. Staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Supermarkets nearby, the closest one literally just near door, which is a big one with Starbucks, so is very convenience. Hotel restaurant is good, and there are also many around. I am happy about my stay and would like to……

“Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.”

The only downside during our stay is the thick duvet, which is too much for the summer in London. Suggest that there should be a thinner one for this season. Rare that a small elevator is installed to facilitate moving luggages to various floors, but fingers crossed that it will not break down during your stay.”

The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and……

“各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。”
