「ust returned yesterday from our stay at Fox Den. I wish we could have stayed longer . This is a perfect couples getaway. The cottage was clean and charming, very comfortable! Everything we needed and more. Just bring your clothes and food. The patio was our favorite spot with a beautiful view of the lake and gardens. So peaceful, it was like we were the only people on the property. Communication with the owners was spot on! Jeanne was always ready with a restaurant or ice cream suggestion. Easy...

「It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.」

「It is delightful. First- it is clean! Second- so many little decorative touches! Then the hosts provide you with everything you need too- spices, condiments, (which we tried not to use) and dish soap and coffee filters in the kitchen (which we did- thank you!) About the "sleep five"- if anyone wants to know, that is exactly true for people who plan to double up in the bedrooms on the double beds and then one extra on the sofa. 「Beautiful unique lodge in the mountains! Lovely staff, super fun games room, tons of amazing hiking, delicious coffee. Fireplaces and soaker tubs, comfy beds and birds!! Truly loved it:) We are plant based and survived and they helped / oat milk and overnight oats were appreciated. My only tiny note is you could hear cars from the patio so its not dead quiet but pretty quiet:) Would def go back!!」
