「I have to start by saying how amazing the communication was with Mary and Laurence. As theres no front desk it’s all via message. The room was nice & big & in an amazing location. Right near some great ice cream and coffee shops. I did request an earlier check in so not sure what happened but that’s fine as check in was all online and we left our bags whilst we grabbed lunch across the street. 「We really enjoyed our stay at this flat! The location was fantastic - steps away from the Royal Mile and Grassmarket. The only reason I don’t give the property 5 stars is due to some small maintenance issues and complications with check in. The sliding door was broken in the shower and had been removed so the water sprayed onto the floor the whole time you were showering and the latch on the freezer door was broken as well. Nothing that ruined our trip, and the property was very clean otherwise....
