“We were a group of 7 adults visiting Japan for the 1st time. The home was spacious and the rooms gave us plenty of privacy. The beds were very comfortable. The host was available to answer any questions. The toilet room’s downstairs were a little narrow, but the one on the second floor was spacious. “Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we……
