“There was a toilet upstairs and downstairs and an extra sink upstairs! The unit fit 6 of us comfortably! ”

“施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。”

“We stayed one night after our arrival to Narita Airport. This location is one stop away by JR train. Google maps provided walking instructions from the station to the hotel. It is in a neighborhood next to train tracks. I wasn't bothered by train noise overnight, but that could have been due to how exhausted I was. Staff didn't seem to speak English but the check in process included some prepared cards that I read and agreed to. They have free coffee, tea, and breads available in the morning.……

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend it if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay in separate rooms. Please keep in mind that most of the bedrooms are on the top floor and the stairs may be too steep for older people/young kids.”

“The property is so clean and easily accessible by subway and we also used UbersIt is nice to have 3 separate shower rooms and 3 toilet closets so groups can get ready quickly. Coming to Tokyo for the first time I wasn't sure where to stay- I would maybe stay closer to more of the tourist attractions but the value was unmatched and we had an easy time getting anywhere we needed by subway. And The AC units are all amazing and we slept really well. Thank you! ”

“広々としていてオシャレ。古民家の良さを残しつつ設備は最新だった。気持ち的にのんびりできた。・CDプレーヤーはうまく作動せず・台所のスポンジは持参すべき・ひげ剃りがなかった・露天風呂の湯船は汚くて入れず。露天風呂用のシャンプー類が欲しい。”

“A very cute and cozy spot. A bit far from central Tokyo, but plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.”

“This was a great property for me and my sons. Regular hotels are not a good option. There was plenty of space for us 3. It is close to a 7-11 and Family Mart. There is a bus stop very nearby. The train station is a cab ride or bus ride away.”

“3世帯で父のお誕生日のため利用させてもらいました。お庭もガレージ広く、また、間取りも広々していて利用しやすいです。思ったより、環境は静かではなかったです。家の前の道路が抜け道になっているようで、かなり大きいトラック通ります。リビングにいる時はさほど気になりませんが道路側の寝室は少し揺れます。各お部屋にエアコンもあり快適でした。 BBQと手持ち花火をして盛り上がりました。また家族のイベント時に利用させてもらいたいです。”

“Mr. Kim is really what made this property a big 5 stars. He drove us all over, gave us tips and taught us about the local culture. Mr. Kim made our stay wonderful! Location was perfect with great restaurants, grocery and drug store within a few minutes walk. We also discovered a great area by the river where I had my morning runs along a beautiful path, hubby worked out a the playground and kiddos played as well. The only negative was that there is no living room for the family to gather.……
