"Our room was okay but items should be Changed Out. The Chair that is in the room With Wheels is Very Dirty… I hope that stain that’s on there is Nit Whst I think it is. The Window Was Soo bad with Dirt we Couldn’t open the Window, and the Window Cil was Really Dirty. beds look Raised just by the Feet and it was Lumpy looking Because the Comfoter was Bot Smooth. Mattress was w as y to soft so if your sharing a bed you Really feel Every Move like being on a boat! There were Bo Instructions on How...

"The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice. "

"The place looked like an older motel along Route 66 as an example. Right along a major route so, noisy from traffic passing by. Quite a distance from downtown Klamath Falls. The room was average, nothing special but, bed was comfortable, the black out curtains off track. Be sure to bring clothes pen to lock them shut."
