「Overall we’re pretty satisfied with our stay, room is clean and spacious, thanks for the upgrade btw 🙏. We had dinner in the ISLA restaurant, food is amazing!! Swimming pool is not crowd, very kids friendly, and it’s so close to the beach which is another reason we want to stay here. I noticed that Aroma is a pretty new hotel, so here are some suggestions for your improvement according to my personal experience: 1. 「We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again.」
