"The hotel is immaculate and clean. The staff are super helpful. The room had ample amenities. We had a premier suite so had the washing machine dryer kitchenette etc and was very comfortable with all the modern equipment. Location is great, its walkable distance from the main tourist attractions. There’s a convenience store at the hotel which offers tax free service. And another convenience store just behind the hotel. We added breakfast which was also very nice. Fresh quality food with very efficient staff. We didn’t have English breakfast tea in our room so if you’re a tea drinker then you’ll need to bring your.own. However the highlight of my stay was their premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash! I NEED to find out where to get them. Had an amazing time! Thank you everyone at Hotel the Botanik."

"Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Be aware that basic amenities like toothpaste can only be had from a vending machine in the lobby. I think this is a Korean thing, not specific to this hotel, but surprising for people used to traveling in places like the US and Japan."

"I requested makeup room, but I was pushed back for three hours because they have a priority rooms to be cleaned. My room was never mad up because I had to give up and rest. It was unacceptable. I left at 11 AM came back at 2 pm.It still wasn’t done. That was the only thing."

"The room was compact but if you’ve stayed at one of their hotels before, you’ll know the rooms are well layed out to maximise the space. I had a north facing room with a nice view of Gyeongbokgung Palace. The hotel had a convenience store next door and a stone throw away from Namdaemun market. Very handy that the viral Hotteok shop (outside the IBK bank) is only 3min away and 10min walk to the main Myeongdong shopping area. It was really convenient taking the bus from the airport to the hotel, stops at the Main Street and a short walk to the hotel. Overall the location was super convenient, close to City Hall station and walking distance to a lot of places of interest."

"This is a budget hotel, but it provided everything we needed. Great location and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was okay, but then again this is a budget hotel. Only problem is that the bed was hard for us. Staff are more than eager to help and spoke English very well."

"Very modern and clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Myeondong is 2 stops away on the green line or get the bus just outside the the hotel to Myeondong station. Hotel airport bus is also just outside the hotel. Not much outside the hotel, a 7 eleven very handy. Washing machine and dryer in hotel is excellent. Very clean and modern. huge 65 inch TV. Although room is very small just enough is walk round."
