"While staying there was construction that began the morning we arrived, which resulted in the water being out for half a day, and even the following day no hot water. The room was okay; the bed was big and clean, the bathroom was nice, but the room's floors were cold concrete without any rugs or mats. The location is in Koreatown, which means the nights don't feel dangerous as you're coming in to the lobby, and the mornings are not too busy as you're heading out."

"We reserved three rooms for family visit first time in NY. My room was the family room which was comfortable and spacious as best possible for a NY hotel room. The location was good. Easy to access taxi, bus and subway. Even the subway that was wheelchair accessible. Convenience stores nearby as well as various restaurants and food carts. "Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded. The bathtub is clogged … and the water from the clogged bathtub is grayish color… The only reason I stayed is because of my last minutes booking and nothing is available, but with the price that they are charging it’s unreasonable and is it expensive.
