It is a great house, beautifully decorated, and it is simply amazing 1 minute you are inside the house and next you are swimming in the beautiful bay. It is very private while you are in the landscaped garden under olive trees. We are definitely coming back again”

“Wonderful location and property that met our needs perfectly. Very well appointed, extremely clean. Responsive and welcoming host. Four good bedrooms with private bathroom facilities made the trip perfect for the 4 couples. The location is excellent - out of Kotor (busy), with restaurants and supermarket within easy walking distance. The elevator from road level to the house was useful for luggage. Excellent property and host”

“We had a lovely few days at Penthouse Stoliv. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel as if nothing was too much bother. I would recommend taking a boat trip from the jetty, wandering around Kotor, walking up to the church on the hill above the house and going on the Kotor cable car. Also Restaurant Margarite a 10 minute walk away.”

“The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.”

“House is is great location on the Bay of Kotor with just a road between house and the sea. The house has three good size bedrooms and a kitchen/ small living room with an outside terrace at the back with access to the shared waterfront dock with Budo's restaurant on the ground floor (only does private meals - not open to public). The house has been done up beautifully and was clean and tidy with lovely sheets and towels. Budo was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to deal with and answered……

“This property did not offer “breathtaking views” or “ultimate relaxation.” The property is surrounded by houses in various states of construction, with drilling, banging, and workers burning trash with smoke coming into the pool area from 8am - 5pm despite what the host will tell you. The lights in the kitchen didn't work, there is Christmas decor throughout the house (even in May), faucets are loose, wires exposed everywhere, the master bathroom shower doesn't drain properly and floods the……

“Wow, this was a beautiful place to stay- excellent villa, wonderful views and a great ethos to the whole complex. Bojana and her team were so attentive throughout our stay- nothimg was too much trouble and the details they put in place really made our holiday. My 4 year old son loved the villa and all the staff were so wonderfully caring towards him. The food at breakfast and dinner in the resturant were excellent and the ice cream was some of the best we've had. Id highly recommend a stay for……
