Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed.
Excellent in all respects apart from the MUZAK which is played morning noon and night and spoils the wonderful rooftop breakfast experience totally.

"The property was absolutely amazing. There was a total of 14 of us and the space accommodated us well. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, no issues there. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to be using at the same time and was fully stocked with all the equipment needed. The outdoor pool area was breathtaking, the pictures online are REAL! The property was close to several markets and restaurants. The property was private and peaceful a true gem."

"the villa is very quiet and rural with spectacular views from upper balconies over Souda bay and sea. the roads are very narrow and hair pin bends but wonderful views all the way. The pool was lovely and very large most welcome in the heat. Paul the owner was very good with communicating with us, every thing thought of. had a fantastic relaxing break, many thanks."

"The villa and the views were excellent. The pool area was lovely and the rooms were all a good size. The kitchen was well equipped, although the fridge was not cold enough and things were going off very quickly which was annoying, as the shop is not in walking distance. Three decent sized dining areas, and the balcony upstairs was brilliant for watching the sunsets!
The location of the villa was ok but the description of it was confusing. It is not two minutes to the beach.
One of the aircon units was leaking water into the bedroom. The manager came out twice but it was not fixed properly so that needs looking at.
But overall it’s a great place to stay. It would be good if the track to it was improved as the rocks make it tricky driving up safely."
"We enjoyed our stay in the villa very much, it had everything we needed. The place is spacious, clean and well looked after and Louise easy to contact.
The garden and separating it bushes give sort of privacy from guests staying in other villas and the pool never was overcrowded. We ate in places recommended by Louise, but our favourite one was tavern near the villa, which serves authentic and hearty Greek dishes. Make sure to try it! "
