「環境非常乾淨，退房後落了雨傘，非常感謝業主火速幫忙寄送到東京的飯店，訊息回覆得很迅速；這裡九點後對安靜的要求比較高，如果喜歡在深夜開派對或者有相關安排的可能比較不適合，但如果有使用廚房需求的話，廚房的用品非常齊全，我很喜歡☺️」

"Thanks for the free upgrade to a room with private bath where with the beautiful view of river. Since it is close to the nature, insects are part of them, just get used to it. The room is spacious with wonderful blackout effect, we can't guess the time even at 1000. It is very impressive, we have completely charged for the nights. The spa is for both sex, swimming suits are required. There is free parking. I surely will come back for another relaxing trip."

"房間看起來雖然沒有非常新穎，不過整體而言還算舒適。前台服務人員也很熱心服務，幫我撥打電話給租車公司更改還車地點。箱根本身景點不算多，如果都要搭車，時間可能比較不好掌握，選擇自駕停留一晚，非常值得品味飯店的晚餐與早餐，餐點雖然不是非常多樣，不過有考量到各國飲食的不同，不會只吃到日本特色食物。"

"東橫 INN作為連鎖酒店品牌一向有口碑，這一家小田原站東橫 INN離小田原站很近，而斜對面就是MINAKA小田原，是幢複合性商業設施，吃、買也不愁，再者，小田原站本身就已經有一個小商場，設超市、餐廳及其他商店。我們選的是雙床房，比預期大，擺放物品空間足，早餐是自助形式，選擇豐富，偏向日式，而且，方便趕早車的客人，提供外帶盒，可以自助取一大份「早餐便當」。個人而言，如果不一定要住溫泉旅館，住在小田原感覺更方便，因為在箱根裡面，很多店舖也很早關門。"
