Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Dirty and small

This property is not at all what they describe. They take advantage of the term japanese modern to put you in a place even a person above 5'4" feels cramped. The bathroom facilities are not friendly to older people. The location of the place is not described at all, leaving you wandering around the japan streets searching, only to have to again have to search for the key box they describe completely inaccurate. They send a video of how to unlock a lock box that is totally different from the one they have on the place. I would not reccommend this place or the company that is renting it due to their poor communication, misrepresentation of description.
