「The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was ok, could have done with more fruit options.The location was very ideal, not far from the train station. The staff were very helpful especially Rafa. However, it was let down by lack of access key to our room throughout our stay there due to IT issues.」

「The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in.
